Free domestic shipping for orders of $100.00+

Free Delivery for all orders of $50.00+ within Philadelphia City Limit

 Flat Rate Shipping: $12.50 for an order of 10 to 20 Records(including packs with multiple discs)

Purchases of 10 to 20 plates can fit into a Priority Flat Rate Box. We will automatically ship your records via that option and it will arrive between 2- 3 business days.

We will provide the time and date of when it was shipped and tracking number via e-mail.

Media Mail takes 2 days to 2 weeks depending on your location. In some extreme circumstances 1 Month! Although this is the least expensive and preferred option by most of our customers, it is not a guarantee that it will arrive at an expeditious and efficient manner. The US Postal Service views Media Mail as the least priority of all it's shipping services and treats it as so. If you do not feel confident shipping by Media Mail, please ask us for a quote on shipping by Parcel Post, Priority or Express Mail.

First Class Airmail Package to Canada + Mexico

To Canada: $7.50 for the first record. $1.50 for every additional discs 

To Mexico: $10.50 for the first record. $2.50 for every additional discs

Flat Rate Shipping: $30.00 for an order of 10 to 15 Records(including packs with multiple discs)

We can only include Delivery Confirmation and insurance if it's shipped by Global Priority or Global Express according to the US Postal Service. The shipping for these two options are substantially more. The benefit is the inclusion of the tracking information. Any other method, we will not be able to provide any tracking number or Customs Declaration number.

The benefit is the inclusion of the tracking information. Any other method, we will not be able to provide any tracking number or Customs Declaration number. Insurance with Global Priority or Express depends on what country you are from.

We ship on business days Monday through Friday . We expedite your shipment within 24-48hrs after payment is received. Every record is securely packaged and inspected prior to shipping. We use 200lb pressure cardboard mailers with 2 cardboard inserts for protection.

For additional discs in excess of what is available above in the respective shipping categories, please ask us for a quote.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return either for a full refund or credit towards a future purchase. We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, we’ll make every effort to make it right. Be sure to contact us first before sending anything back.

With our 60 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us  in the same condition.

• You can return your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date.
• Products must be in the condition you received them.
• Once your return is received and inspected  (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Unless the optional insurance is added ,We will under no circumstances be held responsible for any loss or damage to your item. Depending on your country of origin, insurance is only available with Priority or Express Package. This includes Canada and Mexico.
